What is the To The Moon Transition Project?
The To The Moon project is a collaborative project between Y6 students, their parents, partner primary staff and secondary staff.
Students engage in a wide range of space themed activities and share their crea-tions online using a free Edmodo online classroom.
Secondary admissions staff and Year 7 tutors can then praise Y6 students for their work; enabling positive interactions even before they join Woodlands.
The parents’ app allows them to see all the posts and work created by students. In Edmodo all posts are moderated by the online class owner.
